About our new processes

Iso Sushi is taking the spread of Covid-19 seriously & our priority is to ensure the health & safety of our staff and customers, by providing a clean and safe environment.
We will continue to implement our strengthened, detailed cleaning procedures both in our stores and with our delivery partners to ensure we maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety. We encourage customers to use a contactless service through our delivery partners and we are only accepting prepaid orders. Certain stores are currently unable to trade due to staffing issues.
The wellbeing of our employees, customers and suppliers remains of the greatest importance to us and these changes are designed with you all in mind. We have not taken this decision lightly and will continue to review this in accordance with Government guidelines.

What we are doing?

Cutlery & napkins are no longer kept on tables.
Menus are cleaned regularly.
Staff wash hands in accordance with new Government guidelines every 20 minutes.
Safe distancing measures are active in all stores.
Screen guards are placed at cashier points.
Door handles & tables are sanitised regularly.
We encourage contactless card payments as a safer form of trading.
Anyone with cold/ flu symptoms to avoid the stores.
We have increased our deep cleaning process.
Any staff suffering from symptoms are to self-isolate.
Return to work policy follows Government guidelines.
Iso Sushi continues to monitor the situation very closely and will take further action upon Government & NHS advice.
